🛠 Repair Spotlight – Ender 5 Extruder Fix

Helping Local Printers Get Back to Printing

Not all of our work is making new things — sometimes it’s about fixing machines so others can create. Recently, we had a customer bring us a Creality Ender 5 that wasn’t printing properly.

The Problem
Their extruder was slipping and not feeding filament consistently. This led to weak, stringy prints and constant frustration.

The Fix
We replaced the stock plastic extruder with an all-metal upgrade, calibrated the printer, and made sure the tension and feed were dialed in.

The Result
The customer’s Ender 3 was printing smoother than ever. They were thrilled to see the difference an upgraded extruder made, and we were glad to help another printer hobbyist get back to creating.
