Mesh3D Up grew from enjoying printers, learning design and repair, and repeatedly looking at broken plastic parts while thinking there should be a way to make that.
The work now ranges from files customers find online to replacement mailbox doors, custom practical parts, 3D scanning, and local printer repair.

More than running a printer
The useful part of this work starts before the printer does. I look at what the finished piece needs to do, check whether the file or idea is printable, choose a sensible material, and explain any tradeoffs before production begins.
Practical projects have a place here
Mesh3D Up is built for the projects that are easy to overlook: one replacement part, a holder made for a particular space, a personalized gift, a model found online, or a prototype that needs to exist before the next decision can be made.
Mailbox doors changed the business
Replacement mailbox doors became an important product line because customers were facing an unnecessarily large repair. The mailbox body was often still usable, but the original door was broken, missing, or no longer available. Designing replacements showed exactly where 3D printing is most useful: solving a specific problem without replacing everything around it.
One-off work is welcome
You do not need a production run to ask for help. Many projects begin with a single piece and a simple question. If one printed part solves the problem, one is enough.
What working with me is like
I keep printing, design time, hardware, shipping, and other costs clear whenever they apply. Fitted parts may need measurements or a test print. Customer-supplied files must have appropriate printing rights. If another material or manufacturing method would serve the project better, I will say so.
Local roots, wider reach
Design, printing, finishing, scanning, and repair work are handled in Kingston, Oklahoma. Local customers can arrange eligible drop-off or pickup around the Texoma area, and printable products and custom jobs can be shipped across the United States.
