This custom 3D-printed replacement door is designed to fit the most common standard metal mailbox styles, making it the perfect solution for brick-in or built-in mailboxes where replacing the entire unit isn’t an option.

Each door is printed to order using durable outdoor-safe PETG and installs easily using built-in hinge pins — no tools required.

• Small: approx. 6.25” wide × 8” tall
• Medium:
  • 8.00 - 8.25” wide × 10” tall
  • 8.25 - 8.5” wide × 10” tall
• Large: approx. 11” wide × 14” tall

⚠ Medium sizes require measuring your mailbox width (8" or 8.25") before ordering.
