📸 How to send handwriting you'll love

A good photo makes a great tag, and it's easy:

• Write the name bigger than feels natural — a few inches across.
• Use a dark pen or marker with a medium tip. Skip pencil and ultra-fine gel pens; thin lines are hard to capture.
• Plain white, unlined paper works best.
• Write it two or three times and pick your favorite — a confident stroke beats a careful shaky one.
• Photograph it straight-on in good light (flat on a table near a window is ideal), or scan it.
• After checkout, we'll message you where to send it — nothing to attach now.

We'll tidy it up while keeping the character of your writing, and send a proof before anything is printed. (Very thin strokes may be thickened just slightly so they stay strong on a small tag.)
